Laybuy Cancellation Policy
At Averly Interiors, we recognize that financial flexibility and changing circumstances are part of life. Should you need to cancel your laybuy agreement, we are fully committed to making the transition as smooth as possible. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your Laybuy order within 7-days of inital purchase date.
Refund Timeline
Upon cancellation a refund will be initiated within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Please note that a processing fee of 15% of the total amount received will be dedicated from the refunded amount.
Refund Process
The refunded amount, minus the processing fee, will be credited back to the original payment method used for the Laybuy order.
Eligibility
Please note that cancellations requested outside the 7-days widow may not be eligible for a refund. However exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Averly Interiors.
